Stormwater Repair Request

Stormwater concerns happen all the time during sunny and rainy days. If you have spotted a stormwater concern please submit a stormwater repair request form to the Stormwater Department. The following are examples of stormwater concerns:

• Flooding
• Clogged inlet
• Neighbor's roof drains discharging onto adjacent property
• Lack of maintenance to stormwater management facility
• Erosion from storm events
• Illegal dumping
• Discharging pool water to either the street or into an inlet
• Trash and litter in a creek, stream, or waterway
• Non-stormwater being dumped into an inlet (chemicals, oils, solvents)

Provide the address so the property can be identified. If the lot is vacant, please include an adjacent address. More details on the location can be provided in the description.
If staff cannot view the concern from the property line, access may be needed to determine if a violation exists.
