COVID-19 UPDATE

The Authority has opened the drive-up window and is now accepting check and credit card payments in person.  Cash payments are not accepted at this time.  Our office lobby remains closed. We continue to encourage all customers to pay their water and sewer bills by mail, online, or through the deposit box.  If you have any questions you may contact us via the website and we will get back to you. 

Payments can be made through the Customer Portal by either Credit Card (includes a 3% processing fee) or ACH (no charge).  You can register for the Customer Portal using your full 10-digit account number (ex. 000123456-0, including all zeros) and the CID printed on your bill.
