COVID-19 UPDATE

Effective May 3, 2021, the Authority has re-opened the office lobby to customers.  Our hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm.  Masks are required when entering the building.  Cash payments are now accepted.

As a reminder, customers may also pay their water and sewer bills by mail, online, or through the deposit box.  If you have any questions you may contact us via the website and we will get back to you. 

Payments can be made through the Customer Portal by either Credit Card (includes a 3% processing fee) or ACH (no charge).  You can register for the Customer Portal using your full 10-digit account number (ex. 000123456-0, including all zeros) and the CID printed on your bill.
